Global Care
We have a wonderful opportunity to be part of Global Care's compassionate outreach ministry, simply by getting involved in "The Tin Strategy". Part of the funds raised are used at a local community level, with the rest being used in national and international disaster and emergency welfare operations.
An example of Global Care's impact in the Ballina area, was the raising of over $15,000 to aid the victims of the Victorian Bushfires.
Global Care funds have also been used on a local level, helping people with food parcels, providing needed funds to people who have lost property and possessions through natural disasters such as fire, plus funds to help support other community groups and networks.
